Booking and Cancellation Policy

Non-Bridal Services

Booking Fee: A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Window: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their appointment to avoid penalties.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: A fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

Bridal Services

Booking Fee: A non-refundable deposit (typically $300) is required to secure your wedding date.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 5 to 30 days after signing the agreement will incur a $300 fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date will require full payment of the wedding invoice total.
Contract Changes: Any changes to the confirmed wedding date or location are subject to availability.

Additional Terms

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15-20 minutes late may lose their appointment and forfeit their deposit.
Minimum Bookings: For weekend mobile services (Friday-Sunday), a minimum of 4 people per service type may be required.
Travel Fees: A base travel fee plus a per-kilometer charge may apply for mobile services (Applicable outside of Lower Mainland BC).
Rescheduling: In case of emergencies or circumstances beyond our control, Jewel of Noor Glamour Room reserves the right to reschedule with another qualified artist.
Photo Usage: Unless otherwise requested, photos taken during services may be used for promotional purposes.
